Both BOTH CO-FOUNDERS, Bill Finney and Larry Stoller have been living in the Low Country area for more than 40 years, Bill on Hilton Head Island and Larry in Bluffton.

During that time, they have become familiar with and rely on a variety of local businesses that have proven themselves to be trustworthy, dependable, and superior in the products that they sell and the services that they offer.

Between playing golf and tennis, Bill and Larry  meet and interact with many people, both current residents and newcomers to the area.

 

During conversations, the topic of who to use for this or that always comes up (especially with the new folks moving to the area) and over the years they both realized that they have referred many top notch local businesses to friends, relatives, and acquaintances.

Larry currently owns and operates a real estate business, and he notes that whenever he works with clients, whether they are Buyers or Sellers, during the course of the transaction, they always ask him for recommendations of which companies to contact to assist them when selling or buying.

This is where our story gets interesting, and where the idea to start a unique advertising and marketing agency was born. REAP NOW, LLC was established in the beginning of 2026.  One of the unique aspects of this business is we utilize an “opted in” email list of 2,000+ Beaufort County real estate agents, most who send emails to each other to share information.

 

The information that is shared includes: new properties that have been listed, broker open house, public open houses, price reductions, informative newsletters, community updates and other content that real estate agents are interested in.

What we do at REAP NOW is to promote local businesses (that Home Sellers & Home Buyers need) to our list of the 2,000+ Beaufort County real estate agents, so that these agents have a readily available resource of trusted and dependable businesses that they can refer to their clients.

​

In addition to promoting local businesses for obtaining referrals, we also assist businesses in marketing their products and services directly to real estate agents. We have identified a number of local companies that have products and/or services that help real estate agents be more productive, and who would benefit by reaching out to real estate agents.

We also provide advertising and marketing campaigns for local businesses who want to target specific consumers and/or communities offering products and/or services that would benefit them directly based upon their current age and lifestyle.  We utilize direct mail, social media, print and/or digital advertising for these campaigns.

Three other unique aspects of REAP NOW are: 1. We research and select the top local businesses and offer them the opportunity to be in front of our list of real estate agents as the “Go-To” company to contact for the products and services that they need, 2. We never promote competing companies who are in the same industry in our ongoing newsletters, and 3. Our promotions are much more than just an Advertisement (they provide a clear and compelling message that shows why that company is the "Go-To" company for the products and/or se vices that they provide.
